Online Cold Wax Painting Classes in my studio style
I teach cold wax painting the same way I work in my studio: building layered, expressive paintings with cold wax and oils (still my first love), and also with acrylics using Powerwax or other texture medium, like Heavy Gel Medium.
In my online classes, I share how I build my layers, experiment with tools and marks, and create depth and translucency in a painting, whether it is in oils or acrylics. You’ll find step-by-step classes on textured portraits, figures, flowers, color, and textured mixed media art, with a strong focus on painting layers and textures.
